CONSTRUCTION DETAILS

Each suit is constructed using reinforced multi-layer stitching methods with 4 safety stitch reinforcement in critical protection zones for increased durability during aggressive riding conditions.

The internal structure features breathable polyester mesh lining with overlock stitching for improved comfort, airflow, and long-duration wearability during track sessions or extended rides.

Strategically placed stretch panels improve rider mobility in:
• Tucked riding positions
• Knee-out cornering posture
• Aggressive braking transitions
• Upper body movement during technical riding

The aerodynamic race hump improves high-speed stability while also integrating upper back protection and airflow management.

Each Staunch Odyssey suit is manufactured specifically for the rider based on submitted measurements and selected customization options.

RACE FITMENT NOTICE

Race suits are engineered for aggressive riding posture and may feel restrictive while standing upright. This is normal for track-oriented equipment.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

All Staunch Odyssey race suits are custom-built to order. Because each suit is individually manufactured, all sales are final.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for incorrect sizing resulting from inaccurate measurements submitted by the customer.

If your suit arrives with verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage, contact Staunch Odyssey within 48 hours of delivery with photos and documentation for review.
